I-FEEDER TECHNOLOGIES TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the I-Feeder Technologies website, System Sizer and related online services.
By accessing or using the I-Feeder System Sizer, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the System Sizer
The I-Feeder System Sizer is designed to assist users with the preliminary sizing and selection of fertigation and chemigation equipment, including dosing pumps, mixers and associated equipment.
Results are generated using information entered by the user together with equipment specifications and calculation methods incorporated into the System Sizer.
2. Engineering and Sizing Guidance
Calculations, equipment selections and recommendations produced by the System Sizer are provided as technical and preliminary sizing guidance.
They do not replace final engineering assessment or verification of the actual installation.
Actual system performance and equipment requirements may be affected by factors including:
System flow and pressure
Pipe sizes and pipework configuration
Elevation and pressure losses
Irrigation system configuration
Product concentration
Chemical composition
Specific gravity and viscosity
Suspended solids
Temperature
Material and chemical compatibility
Electrical supply
Installation conditions
Operating practices
Users are responsible for providing accurate information to the System Sizer.
Final equipment selection should be verified against the actual installation, operating conditions and product being dosed before equipment is purchased, installed or operated.
I-Feeder may recommend further technical assessment where an application requires additional engineering review.
3. Chemical Compatibility and Safety
The System Sizer does not replace appropriate chemical compatibility and safety assessments.
Users are responsible for confirming that fertilisers, chemicals and other products are suitable for use with the selected equipment and materials.
All products must be stored, handled and applied in accordance with applicable legislation, product labels, Safety Data Sheets, manufacturer requirements and appropriate agricultural or industrial practices.
4. Equipment Recommendations
Equipment recommendations generated by the System Sizer are based on the information available at the time of calculation.
I-Feeder may modify its product specifications, equipment ranges, software logic and recommendations as products and technology develop.
A System Sizer recommendation does not constitute a binding quotation, offer or contract of sale.
Final equipment specifications, pricing, availability, delivery and commercial terms will be confirmed separately by I-Feeder Technologies or an authorised supplier or distributor.
5. User Accounts
Certain System Sizer functions may require users to create or access an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for activities conducted through their account.
Where third-party authentication services such as Google are used, the use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s applicable terms.
6. Saved Projects
The System Sizer may allow users to save calculations, application information and projects.
While I-Feeder takes reasonable measures to maintain the availability and integrity of its systems, users should retain their own copies of information that is important to their business, engineering or operational activities.
I-Feeder does not guarantee permanent availability of saved projects or uninterrupted access to the System Sizer.
7. Acceptable Use
The System Sizer may only be used for legitimate business, agricultural, irrigation, engineering and related purposes.
Users must not attempt to:
Gain unauthorised access to the System Sizer or its infrastructure
Interfere with the operation or security of the service
Circumvent authentication or security controls
Introduce malicious software or harmful code
Use automated methods to extract substantial portions of the System Sizer’s data
Reverse engineer or reproduce proprietary calculation logic except where applicable law expressly permits it
Use the service for unlawful purposes
8. Intellectual Property
The I-Feeder name, branding, System Sizer, software, calculation methodologies, equipment information, documentation, graphics and other associated materials are owned by or licensed to I-Feeder Technologies.
Access to the System Sizer does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the user.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
9. Availability and Changes
I-Feeder may update, modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features of the System Sizer at any time.
This may include changes to equipment specifications, calculation methodologies, available products and application functionality.
We may also temporarily restrict access where necessary for maintenance, security or system improvements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I-Feeder Technologies will not be responsible for losses or damage resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete information entered by a user
Incorrect application or interpretation of System Sizer results
Installation conditions differing from information entered into the System Sizer
Use of incompatible chemicals or materials
Equipment being operated outside its specified operating conditions
Failure to obtain appropriate engineering or technical verification
Temporary interruption or unavailability of the System Sizer
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through the website and System Sizer is handled in accordance with the I-Feeder Technologies Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms
I-Feeder may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, technology or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its most recent update date.
Continued use of the System Sizer following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
